Car rental conditions

Driver's age

Driver's minimum age is 21 years. The driver must hold a driving license needed for a group of vehicles to be leased for at least 12 months.

Payment mean

When paying in cash, customer pays a deposit at vehicle pick up in the required amount and also pays the price of rent under the current price list and the length of the lease. Customer must present credit card at vehicle pick up. We accept American Express, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB. At vehicle pick up customer's card will be pre-authorized for the amount of deposit required.

Payment

Payment for the rental of the vehicle must always be paid in advance for the entire lease period. Deposit to be paid separately and not count as payment for rental of the vehicle.

Rental period

Minimum rental period is 24 hours. Exceeding more than 1 hour is charged with an extra day. Prices are always calculated according to current price list and the length of the lease.

Required documents

Individuals must present a valid identity card or passport and driving license at vehicle pick up. In case of business car rental customer must present ID card and driving license, business license or certificate of incorporation respectively at vehicle pick up.

Fuel

At the beginning of rental vehicle is always in full tank. At the end of the lease it is required to either return the vehicle with full tank or to pay fee for missing fuel tank. The fee for the missing fuel consists of fuel prices and prices for services associated with this activity.
